Data Privacy / Ethics Vote Status Indication

Describe your problem

Currently there is no indication on whether a data privacy or ethics approval was requested, approved, rejected. Nor whether the needed documents are present and attached to the application.

Describe the solution you'd like

Minimal:

• It would be nice if the Transferstelle could set the data privacy or ethics approval status for an application and or whether the required documents are present or lacking. E.g. Attached, Requested, In Process, Approved, Rejected. This could be displayed on the application cards in the frontend.

Sophisticated:

• Alternatively there could be roles, users for the data privacy office so they could view documents and set this status directly without detouring the Transferstelle. Additionally the data privacy officer could indicate whether an data privacy concept is necessary or if already existing concepts are sufficient.
• The data privacy office could be automatically notified when special upload fields in the application, e.g. data privacy concept or ethics concept are filled with the respective documents. This could be a way to include the data privacy office and ethics committee directly into ProSkive. New role data privacy / ethics with separate views of respective applications.
